When do you deliver same-day in Lagos?+
We offer same-day delivery within Lagos for orders confirmed before 7:00 AM. Confirm later and we'll ship next day.
When do I pay?+
After your order is confirmed and you receive the invoice. Payment must be completed before shopping and delivery begins. Card, transfer, USSD, USD/GBP/CAD wire for diaspora orders.
Do you send photos of my items before delivery?+
No — we do not provide item photos before delivery. Our market scouts source carefully from trusted vendors. You have a 6-hour confirmation window at delivery to verify everything arrived and is correct.
What's the 6-hour confirmation window?+
Please check your items immediately on delivery. For 6 hours after, you can tell us anything's missing or wrong and we'll make it right. After that window, the order is considered successfully delivered and accepted.
